I'm honored to be speaking at Adobe Learning Summit 2026 on June 24-25 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas.
I'll be joining an incredible panel for "Precision Engagement: Creating Learning Experiences That Adapt, Anticipate, and Connect."
Over the past several years, my team has been focused on a few questions:
🔹 How do we create personalized learning experiences that scale across a global workforce?
🔹 How do we move beyond completion rates and measure whether learning is actually changing behavior and driving business outcomes?
🔹 How do we leverage AI to create learning experiences that adapt, anticipate needs, and support employees in the flow of work?
