When this client came to me, there was no training routine. No nutritional structure. No consistency to build from.
The instinct in this industry is to push straight into a deficit — chase quick results, post the before/after. But a fat loss phase without a foundation is a phase built to fail.
Here’s the framework:
Phase 1 — Establish the base. Consistent training. Structured eating. A routine the body — and the client — can actually sustain.
Phase 2 — Build capacity. The body is metabolically primed for fat loss.
Only then does fat loss become sustainable — not a temporary result that unravels the moment life gets busy again.
This is the difference between a quick transformation and a lasting one.

HER FIRST TIME ON STAGE. FIT MODEL DIVISION. 🏆
First competitions are never just about the trophy — they’re about proving to yourself that you can commit to something hard and see it through.
Months of dedicated training. Dialing in nutrition. Learning to walk, pose, and present with confidence in front of a crowd for the very first time. That takes guts.
Win or place, she showed up and did the work — and that’s the part most people never see.
So proud of this transformation, inside and out. This is just the beginning. 💪

Most women come to me for hormone help and leave with a completely transformed gut.
Because you can’t fix one without the other.
That’s the foundation of Metabolic Rebuild method.

The woman who loved training isn’t gone.
She’s depleted.
And depletion is fixable.
This is the work we do inside the Peak Performance Method — before we touch a macro or a training plan.

PRO FIGURE DEBUT: IN THE BOOKS 🏆✨
This weekend, my client Rachel stepped on stage for her IFBB Pro figure debut — conditioned, poised, and ready. That kind of stage presence doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the product of a structured prep, a coach-client relationship built on trust, and a competitor who did the work EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
So proud of you, Rachel. This is only the beginning. 🖤
Here’s the part most people don’t see: what happens after the show matters just as much as what happened on it. A lot of competitors get this wrong — and it’s where you can make or break your off season.
→ Recovery first. Food comes up, cardio comes down. The goal is metabolic and hormonal recovery.
→ Health phase. Once her body’s ready, we let her physiology fully her back to baseline. That means making sure her internal health is optimal.
→ Then the fun part. Refining weak points, dialing in training, and adding quality muscle to bring an even more competitive package to the next stage. 💪
This is why post-show programming isn’t optional. It’s the difference between a one-and-done competitor and one who comes back leaner, stronger, and more dialed-in every single time.
This is only the beginning for Rachel.

There is nothing more powerful than a woman who decides she’s going all in.
This was her first show stepping on stage in Women’s Physique… and we didn’t “accidentally” land here.
This level of leanness.
This presence.
It came from ex*****on — not motivation.
From consistency — not perfection.
She didn’t skip cardio when she was tired.
She didn’t negotiate her meals when prep got uncomfortable.
She didn’t let one off day spiral into a week.
She showed up. Over and over.
And when things got hard (because prep always gets hard), she tightened up instead of backing off.
That’s the difference.
First show.
First time in this division.
And she looked like she belonged there.
Proud is an understatement.
If you’re thinking about competing but you’re not sure you’re “ready” — just know this:
No one starts ready.
They start committed.
And then they execute.

Even coaches have days where the motivation tank is empty.
On those days, I don’t force it — I reset.
Slow morning, reading, a walk with the dogs, something that fills me back up instead of draining me more.
Rest isn’t lazy. It’s part of the work. 🤍

First show in the books — and look at this transformation. 🔥
Front and back. Same athlete. Months of strategic work between these photos.
This is what it looks like to prep RIGHT for your division.
Wellness is its own beast. It’s not bikini. It’s not figure. The judging criteria demands a specific shape — fuller glutes, hamstrings, and quads with a tighter upper body to create that dramatic lower-to-upper ratio. You can’t just diet your way there. You have to BUILD for it, then peel for it.
Here’s what we did:
We trained for the division — not against her structure. Wellness rewards lower body development.
Programming was specifically designed to bring up her glutes, hams, and sweep while maintaining proportion up top. Every session had a purpose tied to how she’d score on stage.
We fueled the build first, then dialed in the peel. You cannot show up to a wellness stage looking flat and stringy. She had to come in with muscle, fullness, and shape. That requires food, recovery, and patience long before prep ever started.
We protected her metabolism the entire way down. Strategic deficits, refeeds where needed, and constant communication so we adjusted based on HER body — not a cookie-cutter prep template.
She trusted the process. First show nerves are real. The mental game of prep is real. She showed up every day, executed the plan, asked the right questions, and let the strategy work.
Look at the difference 👀
→ Tighter waist
→ Fuller, rounder, harder glutes
→ Sweep coming in
→ Hamstring separation showing up
→ Conditioning across the whole package
→ Stage-ready presence
I am SO proud of this woman. First wellness show, executed at a high level, with her health and metabolism intact on the other side.
