Yesterday I did a site visit to check in on how things are going with my brand in store, and also prepare for the next upcoming order. It’s always surreal to walk into the airport to see about the business of KM, but yesterday… it hit me. I’m a brand founder, talking to management of another business about updates and upcoming trainings for new employees..

Me? Kionna? This is my life? Yesssss.

When I think of creating space, I think of making more room. I hardly ever think of what actually has to leave, because I’ve always been one to hold onto alot of things (energetically).

I assigned a word to myself this year, “Embodiment” and I’ve been deeply triggered into actualizing that into every corner of my life ever since. As a brand founder I think I’ve tried to fit in a niche so tightly, that left no room to embody the truth of how expansive I really am. The last 7 days of rebuilding my website showed me the gap in my own identity and brand identity. It’s been full of tears, as I recognize how I’ve had all the tools but have been so focused looking to my left and right to notice.

I’ve created over 70 ways to come back home to myself… self-being ultimately the road to embodiment. I’ve been burning our create space candle every day, as I sit in front of my laptop. It’s affirmation “I create space for the life I desire” has been in my peripheral. It’s a not a passive statement, it’s commanding. And I realize to make real change, to create real room, to be different, to coin your own lane you have to be a commander, and also listen to commands.

I praise my creator for making me a creatress, but also for reminding me that creating space comes natural to me, and it is safe to release what’s blocking all that’s ready to come in.

I truly believe that we can create our own reality. I know the accountability that comes with that feels great, but let’s zoom in for a moment. One small thing can influence your entire outlook for the day, so when we take something a simple as, starting our day with our favorite cup of tea, or even our favorite scent; it provides the atmosphere for us to build upon. One thing I’ve learned after creating KM for 6 years, is that everything, and I do mean everything starts with a thought.. and you get to decide the actions that follow…to create something beautiful.

As an entrepreneur we go through ebbs and flows, it’s never that I don’t believe in my business…But a lot of times the entrepreneur’s journey is a spiritual journey. You go through seasons where you’re going 100% full throttle, and seasons where you’re actually doing the inner work.

One thing my podcast has proven to me is that I can be consistent. And now that I know I can do that, I’m translating that everywhere else.
