I’m officially transitioning from Wet Recovery Solutions to Red Top Sign & Design Co.

Wet Recovery has been an incredible ride, but it got to a point where I was constantly working underwater and missing time with my son. That’s time I can’t get back.

This change lets me still serve people with my christian values, build something I’m proud of, and stay involved in the community just in a different way through custom stickers, signs, and banners.

Hey guys,

I’ve waited as long as I possibly could to make this decision. But after a lot of prayer, thought, and honest evaluation of my priorities, I’ve decided to shut down Wet Recovery Solutions LLC.

We explored selling the company, but due to lack of serious interest, we’re going to close this chapter instead.

This isn’t a financial failure. Our numbers were strong. The reality is we grew to a size that required more time, labor, and energy Zach Reichert and myself could realistically give. While also serving full-time at the fire department and being the present husband and father I’m called to be its difficult to manage. And when labor became thin, our customer service started to slip and I refuse to run a company that gives anything less than excellence.

I would rather close something with integrity than keep it alive at the expense of my family or our reputation.

I am incredibly proud of what we built. What started as an idea turned into something real. A team. A brotherhood. Lives impacted. Boats cleaned. Treasures recovered. Memories made. That doesn’t disappear just because the LLC does.

Each of you has been a blessing in my life. Truly. I love you guys and I’m grateful for every early morning, every long dive, every crazy recovery, and every lesson learned along the way.

This decision hits my ego I won’t lie. It’s hard to shut down something you poured yourself into. But I’ve learned that obedience matters more than pride. At the end of the day, my faith and my family come first.

If you ever need me for anything advice, help, a reference, or just to talk my phone is always on and my door is always open.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to introduce Zach Reichert! Zach and I have worked alongside each other in both diving and firefighting for the past seven years. He has been a highly valued team member, as have all 12 of our incredible divers.

Starting tomorrow, I will have limited communication as I begin OSUT training at Fort Benning to earn my Blue Chord. I will be away for approximately 5 ½ months. During my absence, Zach will be stepping into my role and maintaining operations within the company as COO.

Zach is extremely well versed and trained, and I have complete confidence in his ability to continue upholding the high standards we set for our divers and our service to you, our customers. We take great pride in the level of customer service we provide, and we sincerely thank you! We wouldn’t be here without your support.

Please be patient with Zach as he transitions into this leadership role starting tomorrow. I look forward to seeing you all again at the end of the season! As always, Wet Recovery will be here to assist you in any way we can.
