Want a great burger? It’s starts with great 100% Wagyu from The Smokehouse. These Smokehouse burgers were mixed with some bacon jam from The Grain Bin Butchery & Market LLC. and Bear & Burton's W Sauce while seasoned liberally with our #1 seller THE SHAKEDOWN. put on the smoker at 250 degrees until it reached an internal temp of 140 degrees. Topped with some sharp cheddar and some bacon from RJ's Meats. Sauced with some A-1 and topped with a brioche bun.

A couple of went to SD BBQ Shootout at Huset's Speedway and had a great day. Wrecking Crew Barbecue came out of retirement to knock the rust off and there results weren’t disappointing. Sugar Shack also made the trek and walked away with some hardware. Here are the results…

Wrecking Crew Barbecue:
Chicken - 2nd 🥈
Ribs - 19th
Pork - 11th
Brisket - 5th
OVERALL - 5th place out of 31 teams

Sugar Shack:
Chicken - 7th
Ribs - 11th
Pork - 6th
Brisket - 17th
OVERALL - 4th place out of 31 teams

I stopped by RJ's Meats in Hudson, Wi because I seen on their sign Dinosaur Beef Ribs $11.99 per lb. So I had to stop in and get a couple and they didn’t disappoint. You can also grab a bottle of The Shakedown and The Snitch while you’re visiting. Definitely put those two seasonings on this hunk of meat!! 🍖
