Can you get TOO MUCH SLEEP? 😴


Most people know that chronic sleep deprivation can negatively impact overall health.


TOO MUCH sleep may not necessarily cause negative health outcomes but, in mid and later life adults, may be indicative of underlying issues not yet recognized or diagnosed.


Studies show that the “sweet spot” for sleep is between 7 and 9 hours per night.

Group Fitness Class - An instructor demonstrates an exercise from a random workout at the front of a large group of people. Hopefully everyone in the class can do it. If you can’t, just hide in the back and hope you can do the next thing. Just try to keep up. Hopefully someday you’ll improve 😒🙏.
