We spend a lot of time tracking who showed up and who passed the assessment. But none of that tells you whether the learning actually landed where it needed to.

Here's the question Demetrice Bryant of priceline says should be asking more often:

Not "Did they complete it?" — but "Did it change how they work?"

There's a big difference between those two questions. And most of our metrics are answering the wrong one.
