❄️🏐 7 weeks of winter volleyball action!

It’s never too early to start preparing for next volleyball season, and Shell Sports Complex is the best place to keep your middle school team hot in the offseason!

Offering competitive gameplay on Wednesday evenings, our Middle School Volleyball Winter League starts December 2 and wraps up January 27 with an exciting playoff tournament.

This league is open to girls entering grades 6–8 for the 2026–2027 school year. Teams must have a coach or team supervisor (18+) on the bench during all matches.

9 weeks of indoor fall volleyball! 🏐🍁

Get back on the court this fall with our Adult Coed Volleyball League, built for players ages 18 and older who want to stay active, compete, and enjoy the game they love.

Starting in mid-September, teams will take part in eight weeks of league play followed by playoffs. With games scheduled for Monday evenings, players can enjoy a full season of volleyball in a climate-controlled indoor setting — no weather cancellations, no missed games, and no offseason required.

Teams must have at least two female players on-court at all times. New this season, typewriting (setting) will be permitted for both a libero and a front-row player, creating even more opportunities for teams to showcase their skills. Four divisions allow for all skill levels.

3 hours of skill-sharpening instruction! 🏀 ⛹🏿⛹🏼‍♀️

End Thanksgiving break on a high note helping your child feel more confident, prepared, and ready for the season ahead.

On the Monday after Thanksgiving, we’re hosting a three-hour basketball Turkey Tune-Up clinic led by Coach Taylor Kirschner inside Shell Sports Complex. Designed for boys and girls, it gives young athletes the opportunity to sharpen their shooting, dribbling, passing, and live-game fundamentals in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Players will be divided into two age groups and rotate through skill stations, compete in live games, and receive quality instruction that reinforces the fundamentals while building confidence.

Advanced/Premier (Ages 11–13): 12–3PM

Designed for experienced girls in 7th and 8th grade, this advanced defensive clinic will help players elevate their game through high-level instruction from Coach Jordan Jackson. Athletes will focus on defense, serve receive, advanced footwork, and emergency defensive techniques to build confidence and improve performance on the court. 7 weeks of fast-paced soccer action! ⚽

If you’re an adult (age 18+) looking for some fall soccer action, our 4v4 Adult Soccer League offers the perfect mix of fun and competition.

Starting on Sept. 8, games take place every Tuesday evening and feature 20-minute halves. Because they take place on the premium turf inside Shell Sports Complex, we don’t have to worry about any rain or cold stopping us. ⛈️
