The STR1440 is a 24 hour rope climbing event at Sportrock Sterling from 11AM on September 19th to noon on September 20th. Grab a team of 3, swap between climbing, belaying, and resting, and rack up as many points as you can with camp-out vibes through the night!

Oktoberfest is coming to Sportrock Lorton on Saturday, 9/26 from 4PM to 7PM! 🍺🥨

Ring in the fall season with us! We’ll have Aslin Alexandria & Herndon for you to sip on alongside fresh bratwurst and warm soft pretzels. Plus, the Cherry Blossom Brass Band will be bringing live music to the celebration from 4:30PM to 6:30PM!

The Sportrock Climbing League is a team bouldering series built for mixed abilities. Each climber picks the skill division that fits them best, so newer climbers and seasoned senders can share a team and every top adds to the score.

We set it up this way on purpose: less pressure, more good vibes, and more space to connect with the community you love climbing with.

🍪🧗 Dynos & Desserts is back at Sportrock Rio on Friday, September 25th from 5PM to 9PM!

Come to watch, eat, compete, or do all three.

Two competitions, one sweet night. Throw for it on dyno problems set in different styles with climbs for all levels, then taste your way through the dessert bake-off and vote for your top three, all with music turned up to keep the energy high!

We’ll have winners crowned for both the dyno and dessert comp. Registration is $10 for members, $40 non-members, or FREE if you bring in a homemade dessert!

Firefighters on a feature route! 🔥👨‍🚒🚒🧯

Braiden Lockhart and Matt LePage cooked up something special with this one. This route is 60ft of full-body, exploratory movement; think stemming, pressing, and figuring out how to move your whole body through giant volumes.
