đź’š Camp-Out Update đź’š

Hey Leaf & Lotus family 🌲✨

We’re holding the Jemez in our hearts right now—especially the firefighters, first responders, and community navigating a very active emergency response. ❤️

At this time, we are in a "holding pattern" that Camp-Out is still expected to take place next week... With all that hope in our hearts, we also recognize that conditions are continuing to evolve.

For Camp-Out to move forward, we must have full support and clearance from local enforcement and response teams on the ground. Without that alignment, we will not proceed.

The area is currently in full federal, state, and local disaster response, including staging/decontamination activity nearby, and we are mindful of the strain on local infrastructure and resources within the village as it continues to support ongoing emergency efforts.

We do not want to interfere with those resources or add burden to already stretched systems.

C@nna-yoga Camp-Out is a space we intentionally create for people to step away from daily stress and reconnect through movement, rest, breath, and community. It requires a level of calm, safety, and presence that is difficult to maintain in the current conditions.

We’ll share an update on Sunday night with full clarity on next steps.

If rescheduling is needed, please be aware we may be looking at availability over the next couple of months, as recovery efforts may potentially continue into August.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and for keeping positive vibes about this with all of us. đź’š

Mix 1 part witch hazel or white vinegar with 3 parts distilled water💧 in a spray bottle. Add a few drops of antibacterial essential oils🌿 like tea tree or lavender. Spray your mat, wipe it with a damp microfiber cloth, and let it air dry completely before rolling it up.✨️✨️

This is something I wish more yogis understood. Your body is not a problem to fix or force into shapes it was never meant to take. It’s a living, intelligent system with its own structure, history, and limits.

Two people can practice the same pose and have completely different experiences… not because one is doing it “right” and the other is doing it “wrong,” but because their bodies are built differently.

This is where yoga becomes powerful.

When you stop chasing the pose and start listening to your body, the practice shifts. You build trust. You create safety. You actually get the benefits yoga is meant to offer in the first place.

So if something doesn’t feel right in your body, honor that.

Modify. Skip it. Take a different path.

That’s not falling behind… that’s practicing yoga.
Follow for yoga that works with your body, not against it 🤍
