🚴 TIRED OF BONKING ON LONG RIDES?

Looking for a new fuel source? Tired of chewing through bars or loading your pockets with old-school gels?

Ketone-IQ Energy Shots are officially back in stock exclusively at our Fat Tire Cycles Montaño location, including the newest flavor, GRAPE! 🍇 We also have Green Apple available. 🍏

Ketones give your body an additional, fast-available source of energy alongside carbohydrates. Many endurance athletes use them to support steady energy and mental focus during long training sessions and races, without adding more sugary fuel to the stomach.

They are not a replacement for carbs, hydration, or real food, but they can be another valuable tool in your fueling routine.

Looking to complete your fueling plan? Our Montaño location also has:

💥 Tailwind Endurance Fuel for carbohydrates, electrolytes, and hydration during longer efforts.

💧 Tailwind Rapid Hydration for electrolytes and everyday hydration.

💪 Ryno Power Whey Protein, with 27 grams of protein and 8.5 grams of BCAAs per serving, to help support post-ride muscle repair and recovery.

Stop by Fat Tire Cycles Montaño, grab a Ketone-IQ shot, and see how it fits into your next ride. Fuel smarter, stay steady, and keep those wheels rolling! 🚴‍♂️🔥

Available only at our Montaño location.

Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your upbeat, promotional style.

Happy Thursday from everyone at Fat Tire Cycles!

As we gear up for Independence Day weekend, don’t forget to stop by the shop before the long weekend and grab all your riding essentials.

If you haven’t tried the new Oakley Meta AI Glasses yet, you’re missing out. They combine Oakley’s incredible lens technology with built-in speakers, hands-free calling, voice controls, and the ability to capture photos and videos of your rides—all without reaching for your phone. They’re an awesome way to stay connected while keeping your focus on the ride.

While you’re here, be sure to ask about all of our Fourth of July sales! Whether you’re looking for a traditional bike, an e-bike, accessories, or gear, we’ve got some incredible deals to help get you rolling this summer.

Have a safe and happy Fourth of July, and we’ll see you at Fat Tire Cycles!

If you’d like, I can also  make it sound a little more energetic for a Facebook video or  shorter for Instagram.

Huge congratulations to Fat Tire Cycles’ own Javier Pedroza for taking the win at this week’s ABQ Tuesday Night Crit! 🏆

Many of our customers know Javi as one of the friendly faces behind the counter and a wealth of cycling knowledge, but he’s also a talented racer with a deep history in the sport. After years away from competition, he pinned on a number, lined up, and rode straight to the top step of the podium.

It was also great seeing local athletes like Kyle Step and the rest of the podium finishers representing Albuquerque’s strong cycling community.

Congrats again, Javi. We’re proud to have you as part of the Fat Tire Cycles family! 🚴🔥

Happy Technician Tuesday from our Montaño location.

As we continue rolling through our amazing mechanics, next in line is Ray Chavez.

Ray is a homegrown New Mexican who started racing BMX bikes in eighth grade and has been wrenching on a wide range of bikes ever since. From his BMX racing background, he has grown a true love for BMX, dirt jumps, outdoor adventures, cross-country riding, and now, he is diving into the world of gravel bikes.

Throughout his mechanic career, Ray has worked at several local bike shops here in Albuquerque, and we are extremely blessed to have his knowledge and expertise here at Fat Tire Cycles Montaño. Whether you need a quick fix, a full tune, or just some solid bike advice, Ray is here to help keep you rolling.

If you see him out at the dirt park, on the trails, or cruising the gravel roads, make sure you say hello and pick his brain. He brings tons of knowledge from both racing and wrenching.

And remember, when paying your tabs, don’t forget to tip these amazing technicians.
