Fried Chicken Wednesday is a staple on an HBCU campus, but today it was so much more than a meal.

It was a moment of connection. Our coaches pouring into their student-athletes, our student-athletes pouring back into us as leaders, and all of us taking time to simply sit together, listen, laugh, and learn from one another. The best lessons do not always happen in a meeting room. Sometimes they happen right at the table. 💙💛

Big news! We've been named one of the 2026-2027 Tara VanDerveer Fund for the Advancement of Women in Coaching recipients from Women's Sports Foundation. This fund is helping close the gap for women in collegiate coaching.

We are so thankful for the support of our football team.

Thank you to the Tallahassee Alumni Chapter of Albany State University for making sure our football team was fed and taken care of after the game yesterday. We know the planning, coordination and sacrifice that goes into something like this, and we don’t take it for granted.
