George Music Dart Leagues

September is a busy month for George Music Dart Leagues at Barberton Civi Club & beyond!

We have our leagues starting up next week, 9/8, LFG! We have room for more teams on Sundays, Tuesdays & Friday Singles, so get those teams in ASAP.

9/13 is our Adult Junior tournament at 1pm. $10 entry, with all winnings going to the kids! This is at the Civi Club.

9/19, we are having a Birthday Blind draw for Jason Smith at 7pm. $10 entry, mystery triple, 50/50 & good times await!

9/20 is our monthly All Women's tournament at Civi Club at 1pm.

9/26 rounds out our tournament schedule this month. This is our regular George Music Monthly Blind Draw at 1pm.

George Music Dart Leagues Sunday doubles league championship was yesterday & we have the champions crowned!

Tom Roberson & Tom Roberson, got the job done yesterday in a double header win 🏆 👏.
Awesome job fellas! These 2 have continuously practiced to get their games better & more consistent, since getting into our leagues. The hard work paid off in a big way this summer, with 2 key match wins, winning big as well 7-0, each set. Can't wait to see how yall grow this Fall season & into next year. Keep up the hard work & the sky is the limit 💪.

That was a great day of darts with so many exciting matches at the George Music Dart Leagues All Women's tournament!

We had 15 ladies show up to test their meddle & when the dust settled, we had 2 strong females in the championship. Danielle Pope earned the Queen seat, after a hard fought match with Amy Smith. Both ladies had a wait to play as the bracket worked its way back to Amy & Briana Cantrell for the chance to get back to the championship side. Amy was able to get back to face Danielle for the 2nd time. With an opportunity to win the championship, Amy completed the double dip victory & took home the big slice of pie! Great work to both ladies! Amy earned $120, while Danielle earned $90 for her 2nd place finish. Briana earned 3rd place for $50 & Misty Thompson-Smith got her dart game on point for a 4th place finish & $30. Great job to all of the ladies that showed up. Angela L. Jackson is our first lady to earn her free spot in the Finale, at the end of the year, with her 6th tournament entry this year. Great job & amazing consistency Angie! Keep coming every month to earn that free entry.

50/50 was won by none other than Lisa Borrell Stierl, she just has that knack for winning these things! Mystery triple was at $100 per dart & Briana was picked to shoot at 11, 12 & 17. She got herself 1 triple 11 for a third of the pot. Great work ladies, way to go get that money!

Next months All Women's tournament will be 9/20/2026. Make sure to be there!

$10 entry, 501 Open in/Open out, cricket & choice. Handicapped tournament, all are welcome!

Kitchen will be open with Meghan McKean serving up her specialties & Kelley Dunaway McKean running the bar with drink specials as well!

George Music Dart Leagues Wednesday night B league championship was won tonight!

Bo Kennedy & cuz Emmett Diehl got the job done for all the marbles. Congratulations fellas, you've done some amazing things in your first year Bo. The passion Emmett has to continue getting better is contagious. Keep up the great work boys!

3 boards are spoken for at Barberton Civi Club tonight for dart league play. Get those DRTs Daily Remote Tournaments by PPD in George Music Dart Leagues players!

George Music Dart Leagues players were back at it on Sunday in the DRTs Daily Remote Tournaments by PPD.

Patrick Ataya & Nicholas Hill got in the 7.5 cap doubles & did some work. They got themselves to the king seat match & took the seat in the 5th game. A little wait for the championship match, they lost the 5th game of the 1st match in the championship by 2 marks. They locked back in & took the trophy in a 3-0 sweep to finish it off & take the big chunk of the pot. Great work fellas!

Reminder, this Sunday is the August installment of the All Women's tournament, starting at 1pm. Get your ladies together for a fun day of darts, food & drink. Reminder that all women who get 6 tourneys in, get a free entry to the All Women's tournament at the end of the year.

What an awesome day of darts at Barberton Civi Club for the George Music Dart Leagues players!

In the 160 cap triples event, we ended up getting 19 teams, 57 players! So cool to see the teams put together for this event, lots of players playing with people they've never gotten a chance to shoot with.

In the end, there was a winning team of Kevin Guist, Anthony Winkler & Jack Topliff $300, who had to take on Chris McKeever, Kevin Bigdaddy Henry & Emmett Diehl $200 in the championship match. These 2 teams had a battle for the king seat as well. Great shooting fellas! In 3rd place was Johnny Josef, Jason Brandt & Phillip Shue $120, while 4th place went to Matt Beal, Jason Smith & Amy Smith $90.

We had Chris McKeever get himself $470 from winning the mystery triple & Angela L. Jackson won $100 in the 50/50.

Loved this tournament, awesome people, lots of players from the steel tip side of the boards, from all over the state. We will have this tournament again in the future as well! We hope you all had as much fun as we did!
