💛Week of 9/14-9/19💙

Monday 9/15: Practice 3-4:30pm

Tuesday 9/15: LCAA Meet in Hillsdale - Meet starts at 4:30pm.
Bus leaves at 2:45pm. Students will be dismissed from class at 2:30pm to immediately gather all belongings, get changed, and meet in the HS lobby by 2:40pm.
MS boys and girls run together at 4:30pm
HS boys run at 5pm
HS girls run at 5:30pm

Spectator parking is limited and access to the main area once the race has started will be difficult. Additional parking is available in the first parking lot near the boat launch and down by Sandy Beach.

Wednesday 9/16: Practice 3-4:30pm

Thursday 9/17: Practice 3-4:30pm

Friday 9/18: Practice 3-4pm, pick your child up from practice across the street at the indoor athletic field today!

Saturday 9/19: no meet today- enjoy your weekend!

Madison Middle School competed in their season opener at Homer today.

Boys took 4th overall and girls took 2nd overall!

We had fun today during practice at the indoor facility, doing some strength training and working on our speed and agility!

We had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings at our team dinner as well! Thank you to the parents for your patience with how long it took to get out of there! It was nice to have some team bonding time 💙💛

Now get some rest, see you all tomorrow morning 💪🏻🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Few reminders:

Friday: Practice from 3-4pm. You can pick your child up across the street from the school tomorrow at the indoor athletic field. We will meet at Buffalo Wild Wings after practice. If you get there before coach Hough just let them know you are with the party on the patio with Amanda Hough. If you will not be there with your child, please make sure you send money for them to pay for themselves.  if you are coming with your child, I need to know ASAP as we are already almost at capacity. 

Saturday: Reminder that the bus will LEAVE the school at 7:50am. All students must ride the bus there, but can be signed out after both Middle School boys and girls run. Please arrive to the school at 7:35am.
MS boys run at 11:20am and MS girls run at 11:45am.

Due to the size of our girls team this year, we will have 2 girls as co-captains and 1 boy captain. These must be 8th graders who demonstrate leadership skills, dedication to the sport and their team.

💛 Saturday 9/12: First meet @ Homer 💙

Bus leaves at 7:50am, arrive to school by 7:35am!
Meet starts at 10am

8:30 –9:45am Course Inspection
10:00am Varsity Boys Race
10:40am Varsity Girls Race
11:20am MS Boys Race
11:45am MS Girls Race

Medals will be given to the top 15 boys
and girls in the middle school race. Team Score for top 4 of middle school runners, 1st place trophy boys & girls.
