I stumbled upon my niche of “caring for caregivers” after years of wandering through the world of youth mental health. Following my curiosity of “how do we help this systemic cog” pointed me in the direction that the best way to put out a fire is to water the grass. The best way to help kids is to help their parents be well.

Boundaries are hard for people pleasers, especially during the holiday season.
Instead of saying "no" (which is SO HARD), look at decisions in a "best yes" light.
Your "best yes" this season may be better concentrated on a few things rather than scattered to many.
