Our NEAT Student Athlete Summer Program is designed for middle school and high school athletes who want to develop:
• Strength
• Power & explosiveness
• Proper lifting mechanics
• Confidence in the gym
• Better overall athletic performance

8 Total Sessions

Development (Ages 12–14)
Tuesday & Thursday
2:00–3:00 PM

Prep (Ages 15–18)
Monday & Wednesday
2:00–3:00 PM
