Family sandbag workout today was šŸ”„ and I don’t recommend running with a dog that doesn’t run or a toddler in a push car. Although all the giggles were worth it. He though Moose running was the most hilarious thing he had ever seen!

When your husband tells you a certain route is 4 miles you do it to prove to him it’s more than that. Those hills were getting me fired up. I used to be the person who started to quit when I saw the hills but now I challenge those hills and sometimes sprint up them. Plus I throw it back to when I used to run with my husband and he would be screaming at me to dig into those hills and goooooooo!

•Turns out I’m going to need a pacer for conversation pace. Definitely going to need some recommendations for some good running jams as well.
• I also didn’t want to run and told myself I wasn’t going to but I used some of my new techniques I learned at .co and I did it!

Only a couple mild interruptions while doing my morning routine, but that won’t stop me from having a great day. I’m telling you....this flow really helps set the intentions for an energized day.

Want to know what makes me a better mom? Getting up before Sawyer and having me time! I have been at this for about 6-8 months (when he started sleeping beyond 5am) and it makes the biggest difference! I have time for my morning routine and I’m currently working on adding in the morning coffee flow and I am loving that! This breakfast is also becoming a regular when I don’t feel like having my smoothie. Also peep my in the back. It’s a vital part of my morning routine. Starting each day with gratitude leaves me hunting the good things throughout the entire day! It helps me set my intentions for the day. Also...a cute water bottle helps keep you hydrated.

I had to visualize yelling ā€œLet’s gooooo! Do it anyway!ā€ My head phones died before I made it to the first mile. I took a wrong turn uphill. But I turned that into a life lessons. Sometimes your uphill battle against the wind isn’t the right direction, but eventually you will make it to where you’re supposed to go. Carrie Underwood’s song Champion came on and I made it. And then my theme song ā€œCan’t Hold Usā€ by Macklemore came on during cool down. Happy Monday!!!!
