During the dry season, we have been able to start and maintain a one acre model using our local irrigation method. It's 3 month now and the Harvest is due! Our participants are excited of this great achievement.

OBJECTIVES OF THE K.O.A.FOUNDATION
1. To establish KIWANUKA ONE ACRE FOUNDATION Farmers Learning Center for training rural and urban farmers in modern agricultural farming best practices.
2. To establish urban farming demonstration units in urban centers with crops and livestock for food security and income generation.
3. To raise awareness about mindset to practice farming on small pieces of land.
4. To promote Agri-tourism.
5. To establish urban farmers Savings and Credit Scheme for promoting a savings culture and access to cheaper credit.
6. To strengthen capacity of the Secretariat for effective management of K.O.A.FOUNDATION.
7. To carry out infrastructure development through; building or rebuilding, renovation, modification, or demolish existing houses, buildings, or works as the need may be for the advancement of K.O.A.FOUNDATION
