從哥本哈根的設計週 3daysofdesign 我們帶著 Bloom、Muscat、和simple kaffa 興波咖啡 Simple Kaffa 一起拿下世界無酒精大賽金獎worldafawards 的 Ember 微燼，繼續往西走。
這一站，是巴黎茶展 Paris Tea Festival paristeafestival。
能在歐洲茶文化最重要的聚場之一，談亞洲發酵茶的故事，對我們來說意義非凡。不只是展出，我們受邀站上講台，希望讓更多人認識這瓶裡裝著的東西： 台灣茶、亞洲發酵，以及一種我們相信的生活方式。

This year, alongside our friends at , we're bringing the series - Bloom, Muscat, and Ember, co-created with and awarded Gold at the World Alcohol-Free Awards.

Zestea × Simple Kaffa 共同研發的無酒精微氣泡香檳「Ember 微燼」, 在 2026 世界無酒精大賽 World Alcohol Free Awards worldafawards 從 30 多個國家、近 600 款飲品中脫穎而出,奪下金獎。
Berg 的衣索比亞班奇馬吉厭氧處理咖啡豆,遇上 Zestea 慢釀的普洱茶基底:Berg 沒想到,竟然以無酒精之姿站上世界舞台。
評審一喝就脫口而出:「這杯裡有非常高品質的精品咖啡風味。」另一位則形容:「像一支咖啡啤酒,非常適合搭配甜點和堅果。」細緻的發酵感,普洱茶香緩緩延續,最後化為堅果與巧克力交織的迷人尾韻: 一口就懂為什麼是金獎。✨

Ember, the collab between Zestea and Simple Kaffa, just took Gold at the 2026 World Alcohol Free Awards worldafawards — against nearly 600 drinks from 30+ countries.
Berg's anaerobic-processed Ethiopia Bench Maji meets Zestea's slow-fermented pu-erh base. A career built on coffee, and even Berg didn't see it coming, somehow it's a non-alcoholic stage that called his name.
One judge took a sip and said: "This has the flavor of an incredibly high-quality specialty coffee." Another called it "like a coffee beer — perfect with dessert and nuts." Delicate fermentation, pu-erh unfurling slowly, finishing in a captivating weave of hazelnut and dark chocolate, one sip and the gold makes sense. ✨
