We work as a team to achieve our fitness goals, by making those lifestyle changes one day and one step at a time.
Saturdays we do a fitness curcuit, which is basically a workout that alternates between strength and cardio exercises.
This style offers minimal rest while moving between multiple stations.
Some sessions we have a maximum of 10 stations providing a chance to offer 2 exercises per body part. This can be done a maximum of 3 rounds after aqua jogging to warm up.
Come try a session with us, I guarantee you that you will be glad you did.
During the month of June, there's gonna be a lot more cardio vases workouts.
Like in this session we jogged 30 laps (one inmate challenged herself and aqua jogged, because her feet could not touch the pool floor.
Then we worked a body part for one minute and *rested* for 30 seconds, but it was active rest, so we jogged on the spot
We always aim to make the session interesting, challenging, definitely different, effective and of course fun.
