Human Design genuinely changed how I show up in my life, but especially in business. I noticed there isn't a lot about Human Design on LinkedIn, that's why I wanted to come on and share my experience with it more.

For those that have never heard of Human Design - think Astrology, but deeper and more personal with a twist of personality type.

I'm going to post some fun facts over the next few weeks, if you want to follow along.

There are five Human Design energy types and each one has a completely different way of operating in business.

No type is better than another. But when you’re trying to run your business like someone else’s type? That’s where the exhaustion creeps in and you often feel like nothing is aligned.

Here’s the quick breakdown:
⚡ Generator — You’re the backbone of the workforce. Lit up by work that genuinely excites you, built to sustain. When the work lights you up, you’re unstoppable. When it doesn’t, you’re stuck in the grind.

⚡⚡ Manifesting Generator — Multi-passionate, fast-moving, and often skipping steps others wouldn’t dare to. You were never meant to do one thing. The key is doing ALL your things with full-body yes energy.

🌟 Projector — The strategist. You see what others can’t. You’re not here to hustle your way to the top — you’re here to be recognised for your wisdom and invited to lead.

🔥 Manifestor — The initiator. You’re built to start things, disrupt things, move things forward. You don’t need permission. You need space to act.

🌙 Reflector — The mirror. Rare and deeply wise, you reflect the health of your environment back. You need time and the right spaces to make big decisions.

That was me for a long time.

Working on myself, my inner world and my outer world. Some days felt like going around in circles.

Coming back to the same stories, the same habits, the same loops.

This goes for business too.

Are you watching everyone else achieve their goals while you stay in the consumption loop?

You haven't quite got to where you believe you need to be, despite all the work you've done, so you just do more to keep stacking.

At what point do you say... am I actually putting this work into play?

That's where I was around 2 months ago. I was ready to put it all into play.

I was fortunate enough to be surrounded by people who were ready for this also.

I found my accountability.
This is what I needed all along.

One of my close friends and I decided that we would keep each other accountable - after all we coach / mentor others - why wouldn't we do it for ourselves?

So we decided to create an accountability container.

We locked in with fortnightly check-in calls and weekly to-do-list shares. Plus, we talk daily via text, checking-in to see where we are at and if we need any insights from each other.

This has changed the game for me.
To-do-lists and accountability.

I have somebody who wants to see me achieve my goals and I want her to achieve hers.

Because of this, within 2 weeks I had built a web app and within 3 it's already live.

Plus, I have 10x'd my knowledge and capabilities with AI.

I have also ticked off endless tasks that had been sitting there for months and I am excited about what I am building.

That reminded me about why I do what I do.

Having a coach / mentor / community to share your insights, bottlenecks, blind spots, blocks with, can really shift your whole business.

But the best reason really is, that you have people to share your WINS, your breakthroughs, your milestones and those proud moments you have throughout your journey.

I love AI, but I don't believe it is ever going to replace the connections, the genuine happiness we have when we can share our ups and downs with people who genuinely want to see you win, in all aspects of your life!

We can all share ours in the hope that you too know you have the power to do so if you please. But your lens will experience it differently and it will never ever be the same as mine or anybody else’s. Never.

Live your version 🤍

My memoir shall be called: Living my version of my abundant life.

A few life tips I would include:
• live a balanced life, don’t let the scales tip too much ⚖️
• don’t follow what everyone else is doing, follow your own lead 🫶🏻
• take care of your mind, body, soul but don’t forget your spirit. That one is equally as important 🪄
• play more. When you feel you’ve played enough, play a little longer. Your inner child will set you free 🐞
• be kind no matter what. You will never regret being too kind 🐝
• love as hard as you possibly can. No matter the consequences. It is your highest frequency, embrace it, feel it, give it away. Don’t stop loving or give up on love no matter how many times someone or something shows you otherwise. Love cannot hurt you, it will set you free 🤍
• remember that without the darkness you can’t head toward the light. Without Yin there is no Yang, without north there is no south ☯️
