💼 รูปแบบงาน: Full-time | Shift-based
🕐 เวลาทำงาน: 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ตามตารางกะ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์

หน้าที่โดยสังเขป

• ต้อนรับและดูแลสมาชิกและลูกค้า ตั้งแต่ Check-in จนจบการใช้บริการ
• ดูแล Booking, Check-in, Payment และตอบคำถามผ่าน Walk-in, Phone, LINE, WhatsApp และ Email
• ประสานงานกับ Coach, F&B, Housekeeping และทีม Operations เพื่อให้ Guest Experience เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับสมาชิก รวมถึงช่วยให้สมาชิกใหม่รู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Community
• แนะนำ Membership, Packages, Coaching, Events และ Merchandise ต่าง ๆ
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่และสังเกตปัญหาที่อาจกระทบต่อประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า
• สนับสนุน Tournament, Social Games, Events และ Community Activities

คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น

• สัญชาติไทย อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาได้
• บุคลิกดี เป็นมิตร มั่นใจ และมีใจรักงานบริการ

This person will own our community events, member engagement, matchmaking, and the relationships that keep people coming back week after week.

What You'll Do
• Plan and manage our community calendar including Social Plays, Americanos, Leagues, Tournaments and special events.
• Own events from concept and promotion through hosting, ex*****on and follow-up.
• Welcome new members and help them become active within the community.
• Get to know our members, their playing levels, interests and preferences.
• Match players into the right games, groups and events.
• Build and maintain WhatsApp and other community channels.
• Proactively reconnect with inactive members and create reasons for them to return.
• Gather member feedback and share community insights with management.
• Work closely with the Club, Coaching, Events and Marketing teams to grow the community.

We're Looking For
• Experience in Community, Events, Hospitality, Fitness, Sports, Lifestyle or Customer Experience.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Naturally outgoing, friendly and confident around people.
• Comfortable hosting groups and speaking in front of members.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple events and activities.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Social Media, CRM and basic digital tools.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Canggu.
• Padel or other sports experience is a plus, but attitude and people skills matter more than your CV.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Club Manager to take ownership of the club and lead the team, operations, guest experience, and business performance.

What You'll Do
• Take overall ownership of the club's daily operations, guest experience, team, and business performance
• Lead and develop the full club team across Guest Services, F&B, Cleaning, Maintenance, and coordination with Coaches
• Own revenue, costs, margins, court occupancy, memberships, events, and commercial performance
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, events, corporate bookings, F&B, coaching, wellness, retail, and partnerships
• Maintain high standards across courts, F&B, changing rooms, facilities, service, and overall club presentation
• Manage bookings, CRM, POS, inventory, suppliers, maintenance, and operational systems
• Build strong routines, processes, and accountability so the club runs smoothly even when you are not there
• Work closely with the Founders, Events, Academy, and Community teams to grow the business

We're Looking For
• 3+ years of experience managing a hospitality, fitness, sports club, lifestyle venue, or similar operation
• Proven experience leading teams and taking ownership of budgets or business performance
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand P&L, revenue, costs, and margins
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia and confident English communication
• Natural leader who is warm with people but uncompromising on standards
• Organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions
• Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, POS, spreadsheets, and other operational tools
• Genuine interest in sports and active lifestyle; padel experience is a plus
• Bali-based or willing to relocate to Bali
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
