Following the heartfelt burial of our beloved football mentor, Sebit Kuek, the Kuajok Football Association executive members, coaches, family, and friends gathered at Sky Hotel to coordinate our final tributes.

We are pleased to inform fans and mourners that a special funeral prayer service has been scheduled to celebrate his life and contributions to the game.

Purpose: A memorial service dedicated to a "colorful and memorable" farewell.

Victory in Rumbek: A Tribute to a Legend

In a stellar performance at the ongoing national competition in Rumbek, Salam FC (Kuajok) secured a commanding 2-0 victory over Amadjang FC of Abyei.

The match was defined by the exceptional talent of young star Ringo, whose two goals earned the team three vital points and propelled Salam FC to the top of the zone one Table.

This victory comes at a bittersweet moment for our club. Only yesterday, we laid to rest our beloved head coach, the late Sebit Kuekdit. Coach Sebit was more than a leader; he was the architect of this team's success and a mentor to every player who stepped onto the pitch today.

To our players: Your resilience and discipline in Rumbek are a testament to the training and values instilled in you by Coach Sebit. You played with the heart and spirit he always demanded.

The late Coach Sebit Kuek was honored at Atlabara Playground, where his academy players, both boys and girls, together with the wider football community gathered to pay their last respects to a man who inspired and shaped many lives through football. He was later laid to rest last night.

On behalf of the football community of Warrap State, Kuajok Football Association extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and contributed in facilitating his journey back to Kuajok for a dignified farewell, including the Muslim Community, of which he was a respected member.

May his legacy continue to inspire generations.
