Football is more than a game; it is a way of life that teaches crucial life skills, including leadership and character, from a young age (I am developing life skills and leadership everyday on the training ground).

Mental Well-being and Discipline:

Football provides a structured environment that builds resilience, coping skills, and self-confidence by navigating both wins and losses (I am learning how to cope with losses and behave when I win,. My self-confidence is increasing on a daily basis).

Skill Development and Physical Fitness:

I aim to improve technical skills like ball control, passing accuracy, and shooting under expert coaching, while maintaining physical health, endurance, and agility (I am improving my football skills and health).

WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVE UPON GRADUATION FROM THE ACADEMY?

Professional Contract:

The ultimate goal is to stand out to recruiters and secure a professional contract with a top-tier club, turning the training into a career (this will improve my life and the lives of the other footballers around me).

Elite Performance Level:

To reach a technical, tactical, and physical level where I can compete professionally and consistently contribute to a first team (I want to represent the mother land, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 at the highest level and want to win the Champions League with Manchester United Women).

Mental Toughness:

To possess the mental fortitude required to handle high-stakes pressure, criticism, and setbacks throughout a career (I aim to achieve control over my mind to continue with my career).

Well-Rounded Athlete:

Beyond the field, I want to use the discipline and social skills learned to be a confident and professional individual, ensuring success in the industry, whether in playing, coaching, or scouting (I will give back all I learnt from my career to the community, Ethiopia, Africa and the world world).
