Request for Clarification Regarding the Status of Our Contracted Player by Juba Queens

It has come to our attention that your club has announced the signing of one of our registered players - Lydia Maika who remains under a valid contractual agreement with Munuki Women Football Club. To the best of our knowledge, no official communication, transfer request, release, or mutual agreement has been made between our club and Juba Queens regarding the player's transfer.

In the interest of transparency, professionalism, and respect for the rules governing player transfers, we kindly request your official clarification regarding the circumstances under which the player was signed while still under contract with our club.

We believe that all clubs have a responsibility to uphold the principles of fair play, integrity, and respect for contractual obligations. We therefore request your response as soon as possible.

Should no satisfactory clarification be received, Munuki Women Football Club reserves the right to pursue the matter through the appropriate football authorities in accordance with the applicable regulations governing player status and transfers.
