Glenn’s Journey: From Occasional Visits to Daily Discipline
Glenn started off coming to the gym just once in a while — but over time, it’s become a daily habit he can’t live without. Through consistency and dedication, he dropped from 78kg to 69kg, and is feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.

I started seriously training with Gary half a year ago, after my wife showed me a photo of myself and I realised I did not like the way I looked.

My weekly sessions with Gary are always a good workout - under Gary’s guidance, I am able to push hard and push correctly. He is detail oriented and helps me ensure I have proper form to maximize training outcomes.

Despite my relentless badgering in and outside of the gym, Gary has always been extremely patient with my queries and requests. These range from simple nutritional questions to questions on how to structure a detailed meal plan, and from broad fitness tips to requests for tailored self workout routine specifically catered to the limited gym equipment in my office.

I really appreciate Gary’s professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness to all my queries and would recommend him to anyone looking to make a positive and healthy change to their lifestyle.

Client highlight!

Kern ahn contacted me one day and said “i need to do something about my health” and from then he never looked back!

Testimonial:
I never imagined I could lose 17kg — going from 80kg to 63kg with just 10% body fat — in only 11 months. I feel stronger, fitter, and more energized than ever. It’s an amazing transformation.

A huge thank you to Gary, who played a crucial role in this journey. His training guidance and solid advice on nutrition and lifestyle made all the difference.

I’m beyond grateful — my overall health has never been better. Thanks, Gary!

"We first make our habits, and then our habits make us"

Make exercise a habit, just like brushing our teeth every morning.

Tips to make exercise a habit:

1. Start small/easy.
It can be as easy as taking a 10-15mins walks 3 days a week for a start. Slowly increase to 5 days or even 7 days a week.

2. Hire a trainer / train with a buddy.
Having someone to be accountable for you may keep you more motivated and no excuse to skip another workout.

3. Make it fun!
To some exercising may related to as being torturous and difficult. Try doing something fun instead, like cycling with your love ones or go on a hike in the nature reserves.
