Throwback to our little showcase from Decathlon Sports Fest 🤸‍♂️🔥

From Team Strong Silvers Uncle Ngai showing that age really is just a number, to Ajaykrish from Project Rise Impart , and Coach Jordan See playing around with different calisthenics skills. This was such a fun chance to share what we love about movement.

It’s not always about doing the hardest skill. It’s about learning, exploring, getting stronger and having fun with what your body can do. 💪

Thanks to Defy Gravity — Chapter 2 for sharing the space with us, and to everyone who came by to play! ❤️

See you at PPG.

Strong at every age 🇸🇬💪

This National Day, we had the privilege of celebrating with Team Strong Silvers — proving that strength, movement and having fun have no age limit ❤️🤍

From lifts to laughs, these guys showed us exactly what it means to stay active, stay strong and keep going.

Majulah Singapura! 🇸🇬 Here’s to getting stronger together — no matter the age.

Not every session is about lifting heavier.

Sometimes the focus is on moving with more control, improving coordination, and building the capacity to keep going when you are tired.

That is what we work on in class — strength, conditioning and movement quality, without making things unnecessarily complicated.

Train consistently. Learn the movements. Progress from there.

The front lever is not just about holding your body horizontal.

It takes pulling strength, straight-arm control, core tension and a lot of practice learning how to connect everything together.

Most people do not start with the full skill.

You start with progressions. Tuck positions. Assisted holds. Learning where your shoulders and hips need to be.

Then you build from there.

At Push Pull Give, we break skills like the front lever down so you can understand the movement, train the right qualities, and progress one step at a time.

Starting calisthenics later in life is possible.

But it is not about jumping straight into advanced skills.

It starts with learning how to move your body through space, building strength gradually, and getting comfortable with positions that may feel unfamiliar at first.

For many adults, the biggest barrier is not just strength — it can also be fear, confidence, and not knowing where to start.

That is why progressions matter.

At Push Pull Give, we make calisthenics more accessible by breaking skills down step by step, so you can build strength, control and confidence at your own pace.

It is never too late to learn.

New mummies do not need to rush back into exercise.

After giving birth, the goal is not to “bounce back” as quickly as possible.

The body has gone through a major change, and rebuilding should start with the basics — breathing, core connection, pelvic floor awareness, posture, and gradual strength.

Coming back too quickly can sometimes make the process harder, especially if the foundation is not ready yet.

At Push Pull Give, we believe postnatal training should meet you where you are.

Not rushed. Not forced. Built step by step.

Scenes from our LIFT class.

Simple movements. Proper technique. Progressive loading.

The goal is not to rush into heavy weights, but to build strength in a way that is controlled, repeatable and sustainable.

In class, we work on the basics - pressing, pulling, squatting, hinging and carrying - so members can get stronger with confidence.

Strength training does not need to be complicated.

It just needs to be done well.

The skill in this photo is the inverted hang.

It may look simple, but it takes more than just going upside down.

An inverted hang builds body awareness, grip, control, confidence and the ability to stay calm in an unfamiliar position. It teaches you how to organise your body in space and create stability while inverted.

Like any skill, it is built step by step - with patience, practice and the right progressions.

At Push Pull Give, we believe skills are not just for advanced movers. With guidance and consistency, they can be made accessible, safe and meaningful for every individual.

Doing more reps is not the only way to get stronger in calisthenics.

Once you have built proficiency in the basics, adding weight can be another powerful way to progress.

That’s where weighted calisthenics comes in.

Instead of just chasing higher and higher reps, you can increase the challenge by adding load while keeping the movement familiar.

The basics might feel boring, but they are the foundation that allows you to progress safely.

Master the movement first. Then add weight with intention.

Your core is more than just your abs.

After giving birth, rebuilding strength is about reconnecting with the whole body - deep core, shoulders, posture, breathing and confidence.

Every woman’s journey is different, and the best approach is one that meets you where you are.

At Push Pull Give, we create safe, supportive spaces for women to move, rebuild and feel strong again - at every stage.
