I don't think I've ever shared how FITLUC actually started.

6 years ago, it was just an idea, my own savings, and a leap of faith. No investors, just a lot of belief that it could work.

Looking back, it's been one crazy journey. I'm especially grateful to everyone who's been with me since Day 1, and of course, my biggest supporter—my wife. ❤️

Maybe it's time I shared more of the story.

What I’ve learnt over the years…

Coaching is not just giving the best advice or program.

People stay because they feel supported, understood, and cared for.

Yes knowledge matters.
But relationships matter too. 🤝

But it reminded us how important it is to make time for each other too.
