Jump Rope Federation Singapore was grateful to be part of Youth Day SG 2026, where our athlete volunteers conducted a beginner-friendly jump rope workshop for youths to try, learn and experience the sport up close.

A big thank you to Youth Day Singapore , The New Normal, The Resonance Project, and the organising team for creating such a vibrant youth-led space, and for giving JRFS the opportunity to share our sport with the wider community.

Most importantly, thank you to our athletes for leading with patience, warmth and energy. 💙

Jump Rope Federation Singapore was grateful to be part of VIASTA! 5, where we conducted a jump rope workshop and community engagement session under the Simei MRT Viaduct.

A big thank you to Changi Simei Community Club, Changi Simei Sports Network, VIASTA organisers, partners and volunteers for creating such a vibrant community space, and for giving JRFS the opportunity to share the joy of jump rope with the Changi Simei community.

We’re excited to continue growing this through the Changi Simei Jump Rope Interest Group on Sundays from 5.00pm to 6.30pm at Communal Hall, Blk 229A Simei Street 4. Our sessions will be a fun, free-of-charge, beginner-friendly and inclusive space for anyone keen to keep learning and jumping together!

Celebrating the 4th year of our partnership with MOE at the Rope Skipping National School Games 2026! 🏆

This milestone means a great deal to us. Over the years, the NSG has given young athletes across primary schools in Singapore the opportunity to challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and experience the values of commitment, resilience, and sportsmanship through rope skipping.

A sincere thank you to all judges, officials, coaches, schools, and supporters who have played a part in making this journey possible. Your dedication continues to strengthen the sport and inspire the next generation.
