The Story and Significance of Varahi Navarathi

Varahi Navarathi is a sacred nine-night celebration dedicated to Goddess Varahi, one of the powerful Sapta Matrikas (Seven Divine Mothers) and the fierce commander of the Divine Mother's celestial army. She is the Shakti (divine energy) of Lord Varaha, the boar incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who rescued Mother Earth from the depths of the cosmic ocean.
