Congratulations to Aaron from New Zealand on becoming our very first USPA AFF Instructor since the reopening of Bird’s Paradise Dropzone!

From 16–20 June, Aaron dedicated himself to one of the most demanding instructor courses in skydiving. Days of intensive ground training, in-air evaluations, teaching exercises, and practical assessments—all requiring professionalism, consistency, and commitment.

Congratulations to Daryl, Matthew, and James on an incredible achievement!

When they first arrived, the goal was to complete the USPA AFF Course.

They successfully graduated from AFF in just 3 days.

But they didn’t stop there.

With determination and commitment, they continued training, completed their consolidation jumps, demonstrated all the required in-air and canopy skills, passed their written and oral knowledge tests, and today, they officially became USPA A-License holders.

From complete beginners to licensed skydivers in just 7 days—an achievement that reflects their hard work, dedication, and passion for learning.

At Skydive Singapore, our goal isn’t just to help students complete AFF. We strive to develop safe, confident, and competent skydivers who are ready to continue their journey in the sport.

🪂 3 AFF graduates in 3 days, 1 new USPA A-License holder, and the start of a new Instructor Rating journey. What a week!

From detailed gear checks and ground preparation to successful jumps and milestone achievements, this trip was packed with progression and learning.

A huge congratulations to our 3 AFF students, who successfully completed their AFF course in just 3 days. Through dedication, discipline, and a strong focus on safety, they took their first steps into the world of skydiving and earned their AFF graduation.

We’d also like to congratulate Derrick, who continued his skydiving journey with us and successfully completed all the requirements for his USPA A License. Achieving an A License is a significant milestone and marks the beginning of true independence in the sport.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also officially kicked off a USPA AFF Instructor Rating Course, helping develop the next generation of instructors who will guide future students through their own skydiving journeys.
