It was the finale of our Endurance Phase training for the Month of Hell Showdown yesterday, and those who joined us went through a gruelling 1,200 reps of bodyweight exercises, including 500 reps of push-ups. Congratulations on achieving this milestone, and thank you for accompanying us on this journey so far.
Having completed the Adaptation (July) and Endurance (August) Phases, we are now progressing into the final preparation phase: Speed in September, where we will test ourselves by completing the exercises as fast as we can.
The Month of Hell Showdown will take place every Thursday in October 2026, where participants will challenge themselves to complete high-volume bodyweight exercises, including Jacks, Leg Works, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, and Burpees, in the fastest time possible.
The Speed Phase will also serve as the orientation, where we will share the event format, challenge details, rules, scoring system, and everything you need to know to prepare yourself for the showdown.
Whether you have been training with us since Phase 1 or you are new and looking for a challenge, everyone is welcome to join. Do not worry if you have not completed all the previous training sessions. The most important thing is to start, challenge yourself, and progress at your own pace.
Come join us for the Speed phase, understand the challenge, and prepare yourself for the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and resilience.
We look forward to seeing you there!

We are grateful to everyone who showed up and sweated it out with us at Torture Thursday yesterday. Together, we completed another milestone package of 1,100 reps of bodyweight exercises!
It was inspiring to see many of you displaying tremendous resilience and determination throughout the session. Some of you even showed that you have the capacity to push much further. Well done to everyone for taking on the challenge!
While the intensity continues to increase, the safety of all participants remains our top priority. Throughout the session, we continuously reminded everyone to adjust the number of reps according to your own fitness level, and to take sufficient rest whenever needed. The goal is not only to complete the workout, but also to execute the exercises in good form, train consistently, and build long-term fitness.
Next week will be the final session of our Endurance Phase, where we will take on the ultimate challenge of 1,200 reps. Thereafter, we will progress into Phase 3: Speed in September 2026, where we will focus on pacing and improving our ability to complete the exercises required for the Month of Hell Showdown 2026.
The organising team for the Month of Hell Showdown is currently wrapping up the finer details of the event. We will be releasing more information soon, and we sincerely hope to see everyone participating in this annual challenge!
Thank you once again for your commitment, enthusiasm, and support. You have earned your well-deserved rest. Recover well over the weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone again next Thursday!

Yesterday evening, we completed Session 2 of our Endurance Phase as part of our preparation for the Month of Hell Showdown 2026, happening every Thursday in October 2026.
The team took on a gruelling 1,000 reps of bodyweight exercises, including challenging movements that stretch our strength, endurance, and mental resilience. A special mention goes to the final burpee segment, which consisted of 400 push-ups. It was inspiring to see many participants pushing through and maintaining their pace despite the intensity of the challenge.
These training sessions are designed to prepare our bodies for the Month of Hell Showdown, where participants will take on large volumes of Jacks, Leg Works, Core Exercises, Sit-Ups, and Burpees in the fastest time possible.
For those who have not joined us yet, it is still not too late to start! Although we are already in the Phase 2 of our training programme, everyone is frequently encouraged to prioritise safety, listen to their bodies, and adjust the number of reps according to their own fitness levels.
Whether you complete 100%, or even just a portion of the workout, every rep counts. What matters most is your determination in building consistency, improving gradually, and becoming stronger.
Come experience the energy of Torture Thursday, challenge yourself at your own pace, and ultimately put your training to test in our Month of Hell Showdown this October!
See you at the next session!

Tonight, we entered the 4-session Endurance Phase of our training journey towards the Month of Hell Showdown 2026. The first session was a gruelling 900 reps of bodyweight exercises, but those who joined us demonstrated tremendous determination, commitment, and resilience in taking on the challenge.
A big thank you to everyone who showed up and gave your best effort! Whether you completed the full package or managed only part of the workout, what matters most is that we continue to build consistency, discipline, and the right mindset to improve ourselves.
Next Thursday, we will increase the challenge by another 100 reps, bringing the total tally to 1,000 reps. As the volume continues to expand, we encourage everyone to prepare yourself by setting aside some time over the weekend and early next week for your own grinding. Even completing 500 reps of bodyweight exercises on your own will help build your foundation.
For those who have not joined us yet, do not worry about missing the earlier sessions or being unable to catch up. Although we are already in Phase 2, everyone is welcome to join us. We encourage all participants to train safely by adjusting the number of reps according to your own fitness level, slowing down when needed, and taking sufficient rest whenever required.
Come experience the energy of Torture Thursday and challenge yourself at your own pace. We look forward to seeing you at the next session!

We have completed the final session of our Torture Thursday Phase 1: Adaptation yesterday evening (30 July 2026)!
It is no mean feat to complete 500 to 800 reps of bodyweight exercises over the past four sessions. We are truly grateful to everyone who accompanied us on this journey towards this milestone. Your commitment, determination, and perseverance have made this comeback a meaningful one.
Next week, we will progress to Phase 2: Endurance, where we will take on 800 to 1,200 reps every Thursday in August. This will bring us one step closer to achieving the baseline fitness for our Month of Hell Showdown in October. For those unaware, we are competing for the fastest time in various bodyweight exercises, like jumping jacks, leg raises, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees. We hope to see everyone continue this journey with us as we build strength, endurance, and resilience together.
For those who missed Phase 1: Adaptation, it is not too late to join us for the coming Endurance Phase. This is because in any of our workout sessions, we encourage everyone to manage their expectations and adjust the workout volume according to their current fitness level. Completing 80%, 50%, or even just 30% of the workout is still an achievement in your own terms. It is always better to start somewhere than to not start at all.
So come on, join us, experience the energy of Torture Thursday, and challenge yourself at your own pace!
Thank you once again for your commitment and enthusiasm. You have earned this well-deserved break after completing the Adaptation Phase. Recover well, stay strong, and we look forward to seeing everyone again as we embark on the Endurance Phase together!
