4 months of excuses or 4 months of progress, your choice 👇
It’s officially September 1st!! and I’m entering my fittest quarter in 2026 🎉
Here’s how I’m ending this year with a bang (without burning out):
1. Jot down 3 goals and plaster them on my wall in big bold letters 🎯
2. Block TWO full days a week strictly for resting and self-care 😴
3. Commit to training for my new goal: HYROX in 2027 (5 training seshs a week!) 🏋️♀️
4. Prep at least one high-protein, whole-food meal every day 🥗
5. Hardstop on work to protect my evening peace and brain space
6. Swap 30 mins of pre-bed scrolling for journalling or reading (here’s looking at you, ACOTAR)
7. Hit my 10k daily steps (cue 20-minute post-meal walks)🚶♀️
8. Batch my tasks so my work doesn’t consume everything else in my life
9. Hydrate before caffeine every morning 💧
10. Write down 1 win every day, no matter how small ✍️
If you're trying to get healthier before the year ends, you don't need to set the standard sky-high.
You just need to start with tiny steps first.
Feel free to tweak this list with smth you feel is realistic with your current life!
If you're ready to lock in with me, save this and tell me your 3 main goals for the rest of the year! 👇

Let me introduce my elite employees 🤣
I wish I was joking but this team has been carrying me
solo founder life is unhinged and somehow i wouldn't have it any other way 🤍
The last one is the most important so I don’t turn into a desk goblin:
🛑 Treating my workouts as optional, now they go into my calendar FIRST before anything else.
🛑 Letting my schedule blur together, I started color-coding my week by themes so I can see what’s missing.
🛑 Saying yes to everything,I’m trying to get better at setting firmer boundaries.
🛑 Lock in the time to spend with people on my calendar, bcs "let’s catch up later" never actually happens if it's not scheduled.
I’ve realized recently how important it is to prioritize my own health alongside building my app.
If I don't lock my training sessions or family time into my calendar, work just takes over everything.
My main focus for the rest of 2026 is just being more relational.
I got so wrapped up in building Maibel over the last few months that I ended up really isolated, and I've learned that isolation is how you burn out quickly.
I’m still working on it, but I’ve stopped waiting for a free time and actually MAKE the time happen 🤍

Love me or hate me, I can't deny who I truly am 🥹
This page isn't gonna be for everyone.
I dropped 45kg, but definitely NOT by being super disciplined, tracking every single calorie, or eating a perfect meal plan 24/7.
And honestly, you don't need to do all that either.
Here’s how I actually see things (and what you'll always hear from me):
❌ If you keep falling off track, it’s not because you lack willpower, your routine just sucks for your lifestyle.
❌ Strict meal plans are great... until life hits you like a truck. Then everything falls apart.
❌ Motivation gets you started, but it won't carry you. You can't force habits that don't fit into your daily life. Especially if you have a ton of other responsibilities.
❌ If you don't fix why you keep starting over, the weight is just gonna come right back.
If you feel stuck in this endless cycle of restarting, you’re not broken. Your setup just isn't made for your reality.
Stick around if this hits home. Hit unfollow if it doesn't. No hard feelings either way 🤍
Be careful before you start working out 😬
because you might just accidentally change your whole life.
When I was 118kg, I was DESPERATE to change my body.
I was living under constant self-doubt, looking in the mirror every day just wanting to shrink, just wanting to feel comfortable in my own skin.
Back then, I thought lifting weights was just the price I had to pay to “fix” who I was.
The reps were just punishment for how I looked.
But then somewhere between failing lifts, wiping off sweat, and showing up on the days I wanted to run away... something completely flipped.
I realized I wasn't getting physically stronger and THEN fixing my brain.
It was the other way around.
Every single time I stayed on that gym floor when everything in me said "give up," I was building evidence.
Evidence that I can do anything that I set my mind into.
Proof that if I fall off, I can always get back up.
Going from 118kg to lifting 110kg wasn't actually about changing how I looked at all.
It was proof that my mind could pull my body through anything.
The body only changed because the identity shifted first.
Once you realize you can survive your own doubt in the gym, you stop letting life push you around everywhere else 🤍

Forget the 10-step morning routine. just do this 1 thing to stay sane👇
Just 3 mins with a pen, a notebook + a good cup of coffee ☕️
Since going full time founder, I've had a few flops in my routine,
but the one non-negotiable that I NEVER let go of (even in my worst weeks) is gratitude journalling.
I'm a firm believer that health and wellness isn't just limited to physical health, it also includes mental wellbeing.
This founder journey def hasn't been easy.
It's lonely and every day is full of uncertainty.
Starting every morning with affirmations, writing down my gratitude, and rereading old entries has been soo helpful for my sanity.
It also gives me the mental clarity to stay consistent with my regular routines.
If you're like me, trying to balance wellness while juggling a huge to-do list, I HIGHLY recommend gratitude journalling every morning.
I can't afford therapy, but writing down my little wins every day is weirdly therapeutic lol 😌
What are you grateful for today? 👇

Read this if you're tempted to "just start fresh next Monday" 👀
Bcs whenever I’ve had chaotic weeks where I skipped workouts, lived on caffeine, and barely slept... my brain would immediately go:
"Well, this week is cooked. Guess we start over next Monday." 😭
But I think what makes it so hard to get back on track wasn’t any of those things.
It’s when I decided I’ve slipped up TOO much to fix it.
If you’re feeling this too, I hear you 😭
Reminder that getting back on track doesn't have to be a whole ass production.
You don’t need a new routine, a new plan, new everything.
In fact, I feel like spending hours planning just gives a false sense of accomplishment while keeping you stuck.
Restarting starts with one simple choice: a proper meal, earlier bedtime, 20 min of movement.
Once you take that first step, everything else follows 🤍
What's one small thing you've done this week for yourself? 👇
When you look back and wonder how on earth you used to do it all...
That’s when you know life is truly cooking you 😭
Lately I’ve had to overhaul my ENTIRE routine.
Quitting fitness coaching to building Maibel full time made me realize smth:
Back then, fitness was my entire life and my calendar was predictable:
I woke up, hit the gym, prepped my meals, coached my clients, and went to bed, repeat.
I didn’t have to deal with back-to-back zoom call or investor prep or eating lunch while I’m stuck fixing a product bug
So when simple things like cooking a meal felt like a massive chore, I thought I was getting lazy.
Turns out, I wasn't…
My body was just telling me that my old routine doesn't fit my current life anymore.
So if this is you too, take this as a reminder to stop beating yourself up for not operating at the same speed you did when your life looked completely different.
New season = new systems.
What’s one habit you’ve had to simplify or drop lately? 👇
Grateful to be the smallest fish in the room 🐟✨
It’s hard not to compare when you’re sitting in a room full of people who’ve built, scaled, and sold multiple companies… 😵💫
and you’re just one year into your own startup, still figuring things out half the time
Naturally, the immediate thought is “How did I end up here???”🙈
But being the least experienced person in the room is probably the best place to be.
It can feel intimidating, but I’ve come to appreciate it.
I just keep reminding myself: if you’re in the room, you belong there 💡
The rest you can figure out along the way.
What’s a space you stepped into recently that felt way outside your comfort zone?👇
