What is MVPA?
MVPA refers to moderate to vigorous physical activity. These activities elevate your heart rate above 63% of your maximum.
Examples of MVPA can range from brisk walking to jogging.
So how can you monitor MVPA?
Heart rate tracker can be used to monitor the intensity of your physical activity. Some fitness devices are able to do heart rate monitoring in real time.
