My student Tove treating a sensitive Alter Real mare. Lira enjoyed the treatment. I was doing some Dryneedling and taping (no picture unfortunately) with vetkin tape. At last we worked with the balance plates. And even if your horse doesn’t move, there is a lot going on. Because in stillness there is always movement. It was again a lovely day we spent at Rotbrunna. The batteries are charged for next week.

Today’s treatment for Preciosa, a young Lusitano mare.
Dryneedling benefits for horses include reducing muscle pain, increasing range of motion, improving movement patterns, and aiding performance by releasing tight muscles and myofascial trigger points.
The treatment was then completed with kinesio taping with The application of this tape increases muscle joint support, the haptic feedback increases the proprioception and thereby encourages the horse to “use” the taped muscle groups. To mention two of many more beneficial effects.
If you are interested in these treatment for your horse, you are welcome to contact me for further information.
