As a coach, I’m speaking on my own behalf. I never question or comment on another coach’s decisions unless I’m asked, because I respect every coach’s decisions, whether in winning or losing moments.

We coaches have different philosophies and principles. For those who are not present at practice or during the game, outside opinions don’t concern me. They don’t know our game plan, the instructions I give my players, or their specific responsibilities.

This is the crucial stretched of our game against Bacolod Highschool in Manila Live U16. Gab Matnog get extra posession and dish an assist to Aidan Bau for a long bomb. The next position Gab Matnog scored a crucial basket to make it a three point lead and on the other end he swat at basket and denied the Bacolod to score.
