🇬🇷 Bootcamp in Greece — Day 7 💪☀️🌊

The original plan was to conquer Samaria Gorge 🥾⛰️…
But Mother Nature said: “Nope” 🌧️⛈️😂

So instead, we created our own action-packed adventure day 💥

The schedule looked something like this:
🧘 Pilates Mat
🚶 Walk to the Kissamos Museum
🦐 Seafood tasting at our favourite restaurant (very important training) 🍷😂
🏊 Swimming course
🍹 Food, drinks & farewell to beautiful Crete 💙

Not exactly the plan… but honestly, maybe even better 🥹✨

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined this trip ❤️
This week will stay with us forever full of memories, laughter, sore muscles, too much food, and so much joy 😂💪🍽️

We are incredibly grateful for this amazing community that helped turn our dream into reality 🙏✨

Super weird cruise… like “are we on a pirate ship or a fitness retreat?” 😂🏴‍☠️
But EXTREMELY fun 🤩🙌

Today we kick things off with functional cross training 💥🏋️‍♀️

Bootcamp in Greece 🇬🇷 day 4 😵‍💫🍷🥾

When you can’t fit a whole day into photos, videos, and memories… you know something went VERY right 🤪🔥

Bootcamp in Greece 🇬🇷 Day 3 💪☀️

Started the day with a nutrition workshop 🥗 full of great discussions about lifestyle and nutrition adaptations… feeling very healthy and inspired 😇

Then we smashed a functional training session 🏋️‍♂️🔥 and rewarded ourselves with an AMAZING lunch… completely ignoring everything we learned earlier 🤪

A little free time helped us recover 😴 and now we’re recharged and ready for Day 4 🫡😎

Day 2 bootcamp in Crete 🇬🇷🔥
Apparently, “relaxing holiday” was cancelled 😂

Too much happened to fit into one picture… or even a collage 🤯
