Follow the process ⬇️
Is this you?
Countless diets, all followed with regaining all the weight back (and maybe some interest)
I’ve put together a step by step blueprint of how this whole process works.
Lose Fat, Keep it off & Improve your Strength, Fitness and Muscle mass in the process.
Exactly how Paul’s going about it! (and executing it with perfection btw)
Comment ‘phase 2’ and I’ll send you a copy.
What’s the point in grafting your arse off in a Fat Loss phase just to pile it all back on after?!

Cool guy, Big PB 🏆
12 week prep this time around for Saf in his pursuit of a half marathon PB.
Sub 1:45:00 was his goal… alongside keeping in touch with his Strength lifts & muscle mass.
Boxes ticked all round.
As you can maybe tell from the text… it’s a swift return to lifting tin from here on out 🫡

Just ‘eating cleaner’ isn’t moving you towards a better body composition.
It’s a cover up for actually putting the work in, tracking data and actually seeing how far off it you are.
If you want direct progress towards your goal, knowing the data is essential.
Start with the basics, start tracking them and figure out a starting point.
It’s much easier to implement the minimum effective dose to create change when you know all the moving parts.
You can either do that or you can keep going through phases of cutting out ‘sugar’ and only eating ‘organic’
If you want to follow the same system my clients do, I’ll share the tracker that keeps them honest.
