The motivation mantra takes place during the match to stabilize pressure and raise confidence while playing against the opponent because he knows that his first opponent is himself. When coaches give their very best to every player they mentor, they contribute directly to the future success of Rwanda Cricket.

As the game continues to evolve, learning must never stop. Every refresher course provides an opportunity to sharpen technical knowledge, improve coaching strategies, and strengthen leadership skills. Through continuous professional development, coaches become better educators, mentors, and role models, capable of preparing players to compete confidently on regional, continental, and international stages.

The ICC Level 2 Refresher Course represents another important milestone in Rwanda Cricket's commitment to coaching excellence.
