Dear friends! I am glad to inform you that from September I am resuming group classes at the Coral Coast Hotel. Schedule for September: 🗓️Monday 9am Body sculpt (cardio + strength) 🗓️Tuesday 9 am Stretching 🗓️Thursday 9am Pilates. Classes are held in a wonderful studio on the 2nd floor with a sea view, there is air conditioning and all the necessary equipment, the duration of classes is 1 hour 15 minutes.
