Another Christmas.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how this one would look.
2025 was meant to be my year… and then came the tax bill, relationship fallout, the family distance, the cost-of-living squeeze. Even my advocacy felt uncertain at times.
But there were moments of light, too.
Evie’s operation went well.
I finally landed another modelling gig.
And there were small, unexpected pockets of joy that reminded me I’m still here, still moving.
We also lost people… as our community always does. The part that never gets easier.
So how will 2026 look?
If the tax man doesn’t completely knock me sideways, that’s a decent start.
But honestly-I do have things I want to build, create, and give back.
So here’s to another year.
Expecting less.
Accepting more.
And noticing the small things that keep us going.
Christmas will be quiet… but Evie will have everything she wants.
And next year, I’ll give more of myself back to this community.

Being diagnosed with cancer is a mind f**k.
The night before my diagnosis, I called the Samaritans because the fear of hearing the word “cancer” was crushing me.
Men don’t talk about this stuff. We’re told to be strong, to power through - but I wasn’t strong, I was scared.
Thank you to the Daily Express for helping me share what early detection can do.
If you’re struggling, reach out.
If you find a lump, get checked.
Your life is worth the uncomfortable conversation.

Beard-free for November ✂️
Starting fresh this month - letting the face breathe before maybe testing out a moustache for Movember 👀
New season, new look, same mission: raising awareness and having a bit of fun along the way.

BBC Russia!
I’m genuinely so happy to see my story shared on the BBC Russia news site
It’s incredible to think how far awareness can reach - and how one article, one conversation, or one share might help someone notice a symptom, check themselves, or go to the doctor sooner. That’s what it’s all about for me.
Every bit of awareness matters. Every country, every language, every story told helps break down stigma and reminds people that men can get breast cancer too. If it reaches just one person at the right moment, it can truly make a difference.
