A closer look at the wheel mounting system of the new SF Front.
Tolerances in the wheel, bearings, axle, and differences between wheel brands can affect the wheel fit. The special shims allow you to precisely adjust the wheel position and eliminate unwanted play without restricting the wheel movement.
The shims are installed on the wheel mounting screw, between the screw and the knuckle axle. Available in three different thicknesses — 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 mm — they allow for precise adjustment.
A small amount of play is better than restricting the free movement of the wheel.
The new SF Front is designed for the XB-SF and is also available as an optional upgrade for the XB1 and XB-F1 platforms.

O-Ring Damping System
A closer look at the new SF Front.
The new knuckle uses two O-rings to provide a controlled damping effect. The damping can also be adjusted by using different oil viscosities.
The new SF Front is designed for the XB-SF and is also available as an optional upgrade for the XB1 and XB-F1 platforms.

This is where Xbility started.
A small track.
Limited resources.
And a lot of determination.
In those early days, we didn’t even have our own track.
We were fortunate to have three people who lent us their tracks and never put obstacles in our way.
They simply gave us the opportunity to test, learn and keep moving forward.
For that, we can only say thank you.
Along the way, there were also friends who played a very important role in Xbility’s journey.
Friends who believed in us, supported us and helped us move forward.
To all of them, we are truly grateful.
We started with very little.
We tested. We failed. We changed.
We tested again.
Every limitation forced us to find a better solution.
Step by step, Xbility began to grow.
In June, Xbility celebrated its first anniversary.
Looking back at where we started makes the journey even more meaningful.
And then came a moment we could hardly have imagined when this journey began.
At the very first World Championship held after Xbility was founded, our car achieved:
1× World Champion
2× World Vice-Champions
From a small track, borrowed from friends, and with very limited resources , to the highest level of competition.
All within our first year.
The resources changed.
The car evolved.
The scale changed.
The mindset never did.

After countless hours of testing, development, and refinement, we are proud to introduce the XB-SF.
Our goal was clear: achieve the target weight while maintaining the perfect amount of chassis flex. Every component was carefully designed, tested, reviewed, and refined until we achieved the balance we were looking for.
The XB-SF combines innovative engineering with proven XBility performance:
• Carbon fiber chassis with strategically placed brass weights, achieving the target weight while delivering the ideal weight distribution and the perfect balance between rigidity and chassis flex.
• A completely redesigned tweak plate, with optimized spring mounting points that allow the springs to work more effectively, delivering increased precision, improved rear-end rotation, and a more consistent feel on the track.
• Knuckles with internal O-rings, transforming the kingpin damping system into true miniature shock absorbers for smoother, more controlled, and more consistent front suspension movement.
• Floating servo mount, minimizing interference with chassis flex and allowing the chassis to work exactly as intended.
• Completely redesigned motor pod, lowering the motor’s center of gravity, while a brass pod on the opposite side provides the desired left-to-right weight balance.
• Our proven 3-point ball differential, engineered to virtually eliminate wheel play while delivering exceptionally smooth operation, more efficient power transfer, and outstanding consistency.
The result is a car that achieves the target weight, delivers the ideal amount of chassis flex, and provides a balanced, precise, and confidence-inspiring driving experience.
