Summer fun waves ✅✅
Amazing week with this group of surfers, amazing experience in having the chance to share with this group my knowledge to help them to achieve their goals, we boosted up your confidence and our approach to the waves, we created new limits and faced bigger waves, we shared endless paddling against the current, as well long hikes on the dry sand on the blazing sun to find our waves, we shared right-hand and left-hand, we improved our backside, including me 🤣, empty lineup...even I rescue 🛟, had to assist 2 swimmers way to far from the swimming area, we shared the stocked'ness...we had time for everything...even listen to my singing!🤣 We had lots of fun!

Ontem a nossa equipa conquistou o 2.º prémio no concurso de empreendedorismo SPORTUP, da Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior. 🏆
Esta conquista tem um significado muito especial para mim.
Aos 41 anos, enquanto estudante do 2.º ano da licenciatura em Treino Desportivo, pai e trabalhador, este prémio representa muito mais do que uma simples vitória. Representa empenho, dedicação e a prova de que nunca é tarde para continuar a aprender, evoluir e acreditar nos nossos objetivos.
Frequentar este curso tem vindo a consolidar toda a experiência que construí ao longo de 15 anos como treinador de surf nível 2, permitindo-me unir a prática, o conhecimento técnico e agora também uma visão mais estratégica e empreendedora do desporto.
Este prémio reforça não só a minha capacidade enquanto treinador, mas também a minha visão de negócio e a vontade de continuar a criar projetos com impacto no desporto e nas pessoas.
Obrigado à minha equipa, aos professores, colegas e a todos os que fazem parte deste caminho. Isto é apenas mais um passo. 🌊💪

Happy New Year… yeah, I know, I’m late 😄
But hey — it’s never too late to wish it, at least until 2027 shows up.
A year ago I was recovering from wrist surgery.
Fast forward to summer 2026: fully active, moving, surfing, grateful for every session.
Life reminded me again recently that progress isn’t always linear — after the last big winter swells, a minor left shoulder injury is keeping me out of the water for now.
Still thankful. Still healing. Still coming back.
