La paura è una delle emozioni più potenti che possiamo vivere. Può proteggerci e guidarci, ma può anche impedirci di esprimerci pienamente e di entrare in relazione con gli altri.

In questo workshop, esploreremo la paura attraverso il corpo, il movimento e la presenza. Invece di combatterla o evitarla, impareremo ad ascoltarla e a trasformarla in una risorsa per sviluppare maggiore consapevolezza, fiducia e connessione.

✨ Nessuna esperienza precedente è necessaria. Tutti sono benvenuti.

The Playfight Facilitator Program is the first step of the official Playfight Academy Facilitator Program: a one-year journey to become a certified Playfight Facilitator.

Over 4 immersive days, you'll learn to:
- Hold groups with confidence and care,
- Understand group dynamics,
- Navigate challenges with clarity and presence,
- Deepen your leadership and facilitation skills.

This training is for those who feel called to create spaces where people can reconnect through play, authenticity, and human connection.
