Playfight’s essential part is PLAY.

Why care? Because I care for myself and the people around me.
Why dare? Because it takes courage to express yourself and be playful (especially as an adult)
Why presence? Because if I am not present, how can I express myself and play?

It’s not about winning over the other one but rather to connect with ourselves and the other through expression, body, etc.
