Ann has dedicated decades (over 25 years) to bodywork as a classical dancer and has developed a unique style of Vinyasa yoga that gives expression to the full potential of your soul.
She blends an in depth background in Ashtanga & Iyengar yoga, with the roots of the traditional Vinyasa system.

In an intimate space we will introduce & practice
- embodiment of philosophy & emotional intelligence

- Safe sequencing (hips & spine) to deepen your experience and expression of the practice
