Another incredible adventure at the Colorado Renaissance Festival 🥰 I love folks & also I realized I didn’t take enough pictures especially ones without the little kiddos in them of the group 😅 oopsies. BUT today was a blast and I’m beat.

Go gym, nerds. Hit legs today for the first time in a couple of weeks and I was SHAKIN’ by the end. It sucks to be restricted to machines so much but I’m still proud of myself for doing it anyway. 🩵 I super need to invest in a new gym bag 😭

Reminders for those going to the Pocket Amigo meetup at the Colorado RenFaire on Sunday:
-wear comfortable and supportive shoes!
-bring a refillable water bottle!!!!!
-sunscreen is a MUST. We’re at 6k+ elevation so you’re literally closer to the sun!
-food vendors are CASH ONLY so prepare to wait in ATM lines or grab it before you go!
-treat ALL of those around you with respect and kindness. DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!!!
-pay the vendors for their hard work on their products. Stealing (especially from small businesses and creators) is icky and brings bad karma.
-have a plan! Whether you decide to enjoy some ales or not, have a plan to get home safely from the renfaire. 🩵

Wonderful to have a late lunch with Khance & Danny today at one of my fave spots (Dos Santos ) and then hang out at my house to catch up for a few hours. Haven’t seen Khance since Hawaii & it’s been way too long! Already schemin’ to get his wifey out here for a trip to see her too! 🥰 some of the friendships you build while in the army really do pick right back up no matter how much time has passed. Grateful for such wonderful people in my life.

No selfies for gym or makeup or stream today. I’ve been working hard all day on drawing and learning about bones for my biological anthropology class lmao my brain is fried after like 6+ hours of studying, an exam, and working through a slide deck. I hope I sleep hard as rocks tonight 😂 of course Kona kept me company all day.
