Fourteen years ago today, we lost our beloved Grandmaster, Taika Seiyu Oyata.

Not a day goes by that his teachings, wisdom, and spirit are not present in our training. His influence reaches far beyond techniques and martial arts; it lives on in the values he instilled, the lives he touched, and the countless students who continue to walk the path he showed us.

Yesterday Taika Seiyu Oyata's Art was shared in the beautiful city of Wroclaw, Poland, organized by Adrian Brodiuk. A splendid introduction of the classic Ryukyu Art to practisioners of modern Japanese Karate Tradycyjne. Superbly povided by Renshi Grzegorz Goworek (6th dan), Shiro Washi Ryu Kempo, one of the most senior students of Hanshi Peter Polander. A wealth of deep knowledge was shared, seeds were planted.
