first time for everything, right? we’re starting from Rynek Główny. Adam Mickiewicz statue - but not at our usual hour.

10:30. half an hour later than you’re used to. sleep in, have your coffee at home first, we’ll still be here.

a small army of us taking over the square while most of Kraków’s still deciding what to do with their Saturday.

no bag drop this time, so pack light - because we’re not finishing where we start either. the run ends at White Bear Coffee instead.

funny how things flip.

a year ago, the house blend wasn’t special - it was just saturday. every week, same square, same crowd, the default setting of runs’n coffee before it was anything else.

now it’s the rest.

between events that need an excel sheet - the house blend became the breather. no special production, just plac wolnica and the full menu, exactly how it used to be every single week.

you’ve earned some breathing room. so here it is.

it’s august 11th and the schedule is only just going up. we know.

second half of the month took some sorting. didn’t want to hand you dates that might shift under you, so we waited until everything was actually locked.

here we are then. eleven days into august, schedule’s finally live, and tomorrow’s the one that matters most.

project 21 starts august 12th. nine wednesdays with coach julien, building toward the kraków half marathon on october 11th. sao sports hub, 6pm, straight through to october. spots are capped, rsvp on strava to hold yours.

saturday, august 8th. we’re doing a run. then, apparently, we’re switching to do business as well.

meet at 9:50 Bezogródek Tropical Spot for warm-up and the usual scramble to find your pace group.

after the run: breakfast, and a session with ICLUB | Інвестиції у стартапи від $5000 - a community of angel investors who’ve backed 95 startups across 42 countries, with $70M invested and 11 exits so far. leading the morning is Maria, who’s run networking at rooms of 1000+ people, including We Make Future, The Bologna Gathering, and Italian Tech Week. expect a real look at how venture investing works, how ICLUB picks its startups, and space to actually talk to people who do this for a living.

saturday, august 1st - italo → błonia → italo

first time doing this with italo, and we’re not easing into it.

full pace menu’s live for this one - cortado, latte, flat white, lungo, whatever fits your saturday. julien’s back pacing too, so there’s no „I got lost” excuse this time.

heads up: forecast’s showing 30+ degrees. bring sunscreen. bring more water than feels necessary. this one’s not a „wing it” kind of hot.

back at italo after, cold brew shots before anyone’s even moving, then the whole carb-loading menu waiting for whenever you finish. coffee’s sorted either way, no thinking required.
