SUCCESS STORY

A Woman Suffering from Domestic Abuse Was Rescued by Police with Her Child and Admitted to Star Welfare Organization

On December 28, 2025, a woman named Sabaa called 15 for help. Upon receiving the call, Sub-Inspector Fazl Dad from Police Station Satellite Town, Sargodha, immediately reached the location, rescued the woman, and brought her to Star Welfare Organization.

The woman stated that her husband used to abuse and assault her. She was admitted to Star Welfare Organization along with her child, where she was provided with food, clothing, and all other basic necessities of life completely free of cost.

After a few days, her husband visited the organization and assured that he would respect his wife’s concerns and treat her well. Consequently, the organization facilitated reconciliation between the couple, and they were sent home with good wishes for a better future.

28دسمبر 2025ء کو صباء نامی خاتون نے 15 پر کال کی کہ میری مدد کی جائے جس پر سرگودہا پولیس تھانہ سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن کے سب انسپکٹر فضل داد موقع پر پہنچ گئے اور خاتون کو ریسکیو کر کے سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن پہنچا دیا جہاں خاتون نے بتایا کہ میرا شوہر مجھ پر تشدد کرتا ہے‘ جس کے بعد اس خاتون کو سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن میں داخل کر لیا گیا ہے جہاں اس کوبچے سمیت خوراک‘ لباس اور ضروریات زندگی کی تمام اشیاء بالکل فری دی گئیں۔چند دنوں بعد صباء کا شوہر ادارہ میں آیا اور کہا کہ میں اپنی بیوی کی تمام باتیں مانوں گا‘ اس کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرونگا جس کے بعد دونوں میاں بیوی میں صلح کروائی گئی اور ان کو نیک تمناؤں کے ساتھ ادارہ سے رخصت کیا گیا۔ سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن میں متعدد ایسی لاوارث لڑکیاں اور خواتین موجود ہیں جن کی کفالت کیلئے آپ کی جانب سے امداد کی ضرورت ہے‘ آپ اپنے عطیات ان اکاؤنٹس میں بھیج سکتے ہیں۔

Effective law enforcement is urgently needed to end begging.
You go to a shop, beggars are there.
You go to buy medicine, beggars are there.
You go to buy bread, beggars are there.
You go to get petrol, beggars are there.
You go to a restaurant, beggars are there.
Beggars are also present at mosque entrances and in neighborhoods.
Professional beggars are everywhere, asking for money.
These professional beggars have made life difficult for the public.
We appeal to the public: Do not encourage professional begging.
Help people in genuine need, but make sure your assistance reaches truly deserving individuals so that organized and professional begging can be discouraged.
We appeal to the Government to take effective and sustainable measures to eliminate begging.

AND SET WIFE ON FIRE
The woman was severely burned and died in the hospital, unable to bear her injuries.
On March 14, 2026, a deeply tragic incident occurred in Tehsil Sahiwal, Sargodha.
A 35-year-old woman, a resident of Kalo Ala, Lal Hussain, Noor Pur Thal, Khushab, was allegedly set on fire by her husband after he poured oil over her.
The husband had married a second time, and frequent disputes reportedly took place between him and his first wife. In a fit of anger, he allegedly poured oil over his first wife and set her on fire.
She suffered severe burn injuries and was shifted to the hospital for treatment, where she sadly succumbed to her injuries.
NO EXCUSE FOR VIOLENCE

Stand against domestic violence.
Build a safe and respectful society for all.

شوہر نے تیل چھڑک کر بیوی کو آگ لگا دی

خاتون شدید جھلس گئی، زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے ہسپتال میں دم توڑ گئی

سرگودھا کی تحصیل ساہیوال میں 14 مارچ 2026ء کو ایک انتہائی افسوسناک واقعہ پیش آیا۔ 35 سالہ خاتون، جو کالو آلہ، لال حسین، نورپور تھل، ضلع خوشاب کی رہائشی تھی، کو اس کے شوہر نے مبینہ طور پر تیل چھڑک کر آگ لگا دی۔

واقعے کے نتیجے میں خاتون شدید جھلس گئی۔ اسے علاج کے لیے ہسپتال منتقل کیا گیا، تاہم وہ زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے جان کی بازی ہار گئی۔

صدر سٹار ویلفیئر آرگنائزیشن، خدمت گار بابا محمد شفیق ڈوگر نے واقعے پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ خواتین پر ظلم و تشدد کا خاتمہ وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے۔ ایسے واقعات پوری انسانیت کے لیے لمحۂ فکریہ ہیں۔ مظلوم خواتین کی آواز بلند کرنا اور انہیں تحفظ فراہم کرنا ہم سب کی مشترکہ ذمہ داری ہے۔ ایسے واقعات کی روک تھام کے لیے معاشرے کے ہر فرد کو اپنا کردار ادا کرنا ہوگا۔

A child who is about 16-17 years old who tells his name as Arsalan and a resident of Multan, whom Sub-Inspector Idrees of Satellite Town Police Station reached the office of Star Welfare Organization. Where Arsalan told that my father has married again, my stepmother does not keep me with her, my father lives in Karachi for hard labor, we are residents of Multan, when I was 9 years old, sometimes from Lahore, sometimes from Rawalpindi, the police caught me and admitted me to institutions. Now I want my father to give me my Form “B” so that I can continue my education. Until I have my Form B, I will not be able to get education. I am very happy in Star Welfare Organization Hawa Shelter Home. Satellite Town Police cooperated with me a lot and got me admitted here. I want to live, I want to get education. How long will I continue to wander from place to place? If anyone finds out about me, my heirs should be informed. Khidmatgar Baba Muhammad Shafiq Dogar has said that this post should be shared as much as possible in Multan and its surroundings so that his heirs can be found. This child does not have any phone number of his heirs. Until his heirs are found, he is admitted in Hawa Shelter Home. We are also taking steps for his education and all the basic facilities are being provided to him here.

On 1st December 2025, Cantt Police Station, Sargodha, brought three minor children to Star Welfare Organization and informed that these children had been found without guardians at Fawara Chowk, Sargodha.

Until their legal guardians are found, the three children have been admitted to Star Welfare Organization, where their care and maintenance have been ensured.
