Asalam o Alaikum guys.
This is me Aiman Fatima from Karachi. I am studying DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from Ziauddin College of Rehabilitation Sciences. Also I have done Diploma in Fitness and Training (DFT) from Ziauddin University. I serve as a Fitness Trainer and Bootcamp Trainer at Sports Pavilion (main university road). I provide Online Training to Novice/ Beginners who have different ambitions like losing weight, want to work on Muscular strength/ endurance components or those who want to be flexible and want to achieve complete Range of motion (ROM). I also provide Nutrition guide (foods to be taken during a training time period).
